KXXV-TV, in Waco, TX, has an immediate opening for a Production Assistant. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of television production to include studio preparation, running cameras and Teleprompters, operating audio and Chyron for newscasts, shows, and promos, and editing video for newscasts. Qualified applicants must have effective communication skills and computer skills for editing and dubbing. Previous television experience is a plus and a degree in newscast production. Some physical labor, such as lifting equipment and climbing ladders may be required. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
